Miki Sushi—fresh seasonal fish sourced from multiple harbors. Enjoy as many as 30 varieties of fresh ingredients and more than 10 different brands of famous saké. Popular choices include the especially large conger eel sushi and Himi yellow tail, all of which let diners taste many of Toyama's delights in one sitting.
