All of the fish Fuku Sushi serves in our single-cup (ikkon) sets is from Namerikawa city. Guests can also enjoy a hard-to-find local Namerikawa saké called Chiyozuru. Fish sourced from the auction every morning includes firefly squid in spring, popular crab and shrimp in winter, as well as prawns roasted in the shell and à la carte items such as pressed mackerel sushi with kelp strips.
