Ishimatsuzushi—the friendly chef's headband is our symbol. By sourcing fish every morning from the Shin-minato harbor auction, we offer guests a generous variety of ingredients. The small water snails and local shrimp are popular, and, be sure not to miss the yellow tail and radish side dish, or the vinegar marinade glass shrimp.
